Quick Tip: Feta Veggies

World's greatest dilema has been solved in my household.
Dilema: How to get toddlers to eat veggies????
Answer: Add butter, salt and Tomato Basil flavored feta cheese!
Who knew? All you have to do is cut up:
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 bag baby carrots
Prep: Steam veggies until tender on stove top with just a little bit of water in a dutch oven that is covered.
Store in refrigerator and then heat as you want. We made this last for lunch 3 days!

To heat:
Place 1 Tablespoon butter, 1/3 veggies and Coarse sea salt in a pan and heat on medium heat until veggies are heated through and butter is melted. Then sprinkle in 1/4 cup feta cheese and cover for a couple of minutes, leaving heat on medium, stirring a couple of times. Once cheese is melted it's ready to serve!

 You and your kids will be amazed!
